Welcome

Children's Liver Disease Foundation is dedicated to supporting and improving the lives of all those affected by childhood liver disease.

Your own place to remember

As your own special tribute, your online page can become a place of comfort to visit any time or place, in order to help you remember and reflect. You can add your own special memories with photographs, words, music and even videos and share with family and friends to keep your loved ones memory alive.

It also offers the opportunity to support CLDF through donations or fundraising, such as Michael Wilson (above) who fundraised in memory of his brother, Steven.

If you have any questions about setting up a Sunshine Tribute Fund please call the Fundraising Team on 0121 212 6022 or fundraising@childliverdisease.org

How will funds raised through my Tribute Fund help?

A Tribute Fund is open to contributions from anyone and can be supported in any way you choose. You may prefer to remember special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates or you can even plan a fundraising event or set up a regular gift. There are lots of ways to contribute to your fund should you wish.

  • £5 could fund an Essential 5 Pack; the vital information every new family needs to know
  • £125 could pay for a family to attend an Under 5s event
  • £1,800 could fund a young person to go on CLDF’s Talk, Tell, Transform project
  • £5,000 could fund a small research grant
